Everything is great except lack of loaner cars! I was in for service. No loaner car available. This is very important to me to have a vehicle at all times. I bought a new vehicle. The windshie I was in for service. No loaner car available. This is very important to me to have a vehicle at all times. I bought a new vehicle. The windshield was cracked with less than 500 miles on it. When I brought it in to be replaced, there was no loaner car available. This is one of the reasons I have continued to buy Mercedes vehicles and I am on my 5th Mercedes from your dealership. I am very disappointed not getting a loaner car. Can your policy be changed in order to have more loaners available? All of the people I have dealt with in service, finance, sales and management are awesome! They couldn't be any better!
