The only negative is my car was not detailed up to Mercedes Benz standards. Any other time I've taken my car to a Mercedes dealership it was completely washed and dried with all the windows being cleaned including the windshield and back window, dashboard and interior dusted and the entire car was vacuumed from front to back including under the seats and the back of my SUV. It was always show room ready. This time it wasn't. It was a disappointment. More
