Very dissatisfied Mercedes Benz of Little Rock have dealt poorly on our behalf. When we initially took possession of the car we had trouble with the title and now that Mercedes Benz of Little Rock have dealt poorly on our behalf. When we initially took possession of the car we had trouble with the title and now that its time to renew the tags, we have been trying to work with them for nearly a month to get our title straight with the DMV and they keep putting us off and passing blame. I have never had so much trouble getting any one to do anything. Even speaking with Kevin, the general manager and he told my husband and myself that if we get a ticket for expired tags to just bring the ticket in and he will pay it. Who do you know would encourage you to break the law, plus the ticket goes on the driving record with a chance to increase the insurance. This has been the worst experience ever. I will not refer anyone to endure this type of treatment. RIDICULOUS!!!! More

I knew I liked the way the cars looked, but thought everyone at the dealership would be snooty. I was so wrong! Barrett McAlister helped me pick out the SUV that best suited my needs and answered all of my questions and concerns and helped me get a good value for my trade. He has even been around afterwards to help me when I couldn't remember how all the features worked. Go to Mercedes-Benz of Little Rock and see Barrett; you won't be disappointed with either one! More
