It was also a huge pleasure to meet our finance manager, Jerrold. He made the finance process seamless and tailored to my specific needs. Randy was also great! He is obviously dedicated to the highest level of customer service possible, and he made us feel very at ease with the entire process. He made sure that any concerns I had about my vehicle were addressed. Overall the experience with Little Rock Mercedes was WONDERFUL!!! Very happy to be a part of the Mercedes family!!! More
