Great experience!!! Test drove a GLK that I really liked but wasn’t ready to buy. After a couple of hours, I couldn’t get it off my mind and called my associate Jerrold a Test drove a GLK that I really liked but wasn’t ready to buy. After a couple of hours, I couldn’t get it off my mind and called my associate Jerrold about 6 pm. I told him I could come back the next day since it was almost closing time. He was able to not only get an entire squad to stay over for us but to also get us out in less than an hour! Best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Ultimate professionals and he didn’t try to sway my decision as I was trying to decide between Audi, BMW and Mercedes. The drive made the decision for me. More

Exceptional Service! Thank you Jeremiah Brown! As my GLK 350 required its A3 service. Work was completed on the tailgate motor. I verbalized concerns regarding the condition of the cargo area to Mr As my GLK 350 required its A3 service. Work was completed on the tailgate motor. I verbalized concerns regarding the condition of the cargo area to Mr Brown who met me at my office to pick up my vehicle and provide me with a courtesy car; remedied the areas of concern and returned my vehicle the following day. My GLK was sparkling clean and Mr Brown had gone above and beyond by touching paint on various places externally and provided me with a touch-up paint pen as I had asked about touch-up paint. I can not fully express my gratitude to Jeremiah Brown for his expedited response; the calm manner in which he responded; his active listening skills; his attention to detail-both in both the pick-up and delivery of my vehicle; and, the manner in which I feel he went above and beyond in customer service.
