Need more communication. Took 2 weeks to replace a charcoal canister and shut off valve. Had to wait for approval for warranty service also for parts to be delivered. On Wed Took 2 weeks to replace a charcoal canister and shut off valve. Had to wait for approval for warranty service also for parts to be delivered. On Wednesday of the second week could not get any one to return my calls to get a status update. Finally left message for the manager. Called again later and finally got to talk to service rep to get status. Can understand the delay in service but not the lack of prompt communication. More
