Five Star Experience I had not purchased a new car in 7 years and when I walked in to Mercedes, I imagined my experience as the same experience I had when I bought my Toyo I had not purchased a new car in 7 years and when I walked in to Mercedes, I imagined my experience as the same experience I had when I bought my Toyota many years ago. I was not looking forward to the exhausting experience of a used car dealership and was pleasantly surprised when my experience was anything but that. It was very welcoming and the dealership truly cared about what I wanted and what I could afford and what my best options would be in my price range. Joey Sullivan went above and beyond to enhance my experience. He was so kind and professional and spent the extra time to make sure I understood all of the features of my car. His service is what made me feel great about my purchase. I would highly recommend buying a car from this dealership again. More

Needed fast help with a tire I had a flat on the wy home from work on Friday night. Called service and got josh. He told me to get it out there and they would work on t Saturday.
