Rodney Mays I took my s550 in because my check engine light was on and trunk wouldn't close automatically. The charged me 4600 dollars stating that I had several I took my s550 in because my check engine light was on and trunk wouldn't close automatically. The charged me 4600 dollars stating that I had several codes that needed attention. After service was done I went to pick car up and trunk still didn't work properly so I had to leave it after waiting 2hrs. The problem keep car in service for 3weeks. I picked car up a second time and drove it home and check engine light came back on. I then took it back in for service technician stated the cam sensor wasn't programmed after car was returned check engine light game back on. I call service Dept and Spoke with a lady named Kim who rushed me off phone and hung up on me. Will revisit dealership and speak to operations manager. More
