Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership, of another make than Mercedes. Initial contact was good and test drive and presentation of the vehicle were well done. In negotiations, some of the typical sales tactics were used including added clear coat treatment, being asked to sign a meaningless "I will purchase today" statement, etc., but the price of the vehicle and the allowed trade-in were a good deal from my research, so I agreed to purchase. Pressure was put to finance with them, so the dealership could recoup some additional funds. There was a problem with the rear AC of the vehicle, which the dealership was willing to fix, including getting it to a service center of the make. During the time the vehicle was in service, they loaned me my trade-in for transportation. The service took much longer than I was originally told, and at first, communication from Mercedes-Benz was lacking. After a week and some complaining on my part, communication was much better and the vehicle was repaired and compensation made for my time. In general, salesperson Spencer West was affable and knowledgeable and made great effort to make up for initial problems. I would do business with this dealership again. More

Rosalyn communicated well and went "the extra mile" in every phase of the deal. Even though we came at 4pm Saturday and finalizing the deal took us past closing time, we never felt rushed. I did not purchase my vehicle at Mercedes-Benz of Little Rock and for that reason, I was very apprehensive about taking it there for a service issue I was having. Man was I wrong, the service advisor, Damon Helton, met with me and immediately made me feel welcome and at ease about being there. This was my first Mercedes-Benz purchase, and he took the time to explain everything about my vehicle. He took care of my issue quickly and to be honest, he had me wish that I had purchased my vehicle here. I came away very impressed with Damon and the entire service department. I would highly this service department to anyone having issues with their Mercedes-Benz. Damon and it are top notch! More
