Service second to none. I live approximately 150 miles from the dealership. Airbag replacement The actual service went fine, getting the airbags replaced required me to call dealer and at that point was told there was a requirement to get five The actual service went fine, getting the airbags replaced required me to call dealer and at that point was told there was a requirement to get five replacements before I could be given a set date to come in for service. It was estimated that would require two weeks. I indicated I was ready to get airbags replaced as it was a safety item and I was driving car. That didn’t make any difference. Four weeks went by with no follow up from dealership. I had to call dealership and remind them about it and they mentioned the airbags had been in awhile and I was welcome to come in. In the interim period the dealership missed out on other service work that would have been $600 or so for a service b as I needed the oil changed and didn’t want to wait multiple weeks. While car was in for service dealership noted an additional $1600 worth of service work they recommended. I opted to not get the service work done due there to the delays encountered with the airbag and no follow up. More

Friendly and convenient The service department at this dealership has been great each time I have visited. I enjoy being able to drop the vehicle off after hours if needed.
