He showed us several vehicles that exceeded our expectations. Our visit to the dealership was not planned; we went there just to look and drove home in a Mercedes-Benz SUV. Go Nathan ! Carey Gavito the finance manager took time to explain extended warranty and service options available to us. I especially enjoyed doing all paperwork on the interactive desktop. Customer areas are comfortable and spotless and refreshments are available. All staff were polite and professional. None of the other car dealerships get every single thing so right like this place. Loved it and they have a new customer for life. More

ABS /Battery failure I own a 2004 E500. I bought the car new from MB of LR. After, the bumber the numb warranty expired I take the car elsewhere only for oil change and re I own a 2004 E500. I bought the car new from MB of LR. After, the bumber the numb warranty expired I take the car elsewhere only for oil change and regular maintenance making sure that all parts placed on the car remains MB genuine parts. On November 16, I had the scare of my life as I was traveling east on 630 and the car dashboard turned red stating ABS/ failure and failed brakes to stop car immediately. I Tru to stop the car by pumping my brakes but each time I tried to hit my brakes they were just mushy and went all the way to the floor. I finally was able to stop. I called a tow truck to have my car towed to MB. I later received a call from MB sayings it was my battery. I did agree with their findings initially and asked that they please be sure as I didn’t want to risk my life driving the car. The mechanic came out and explained to me how a low voltage in the car could cause the brakes failure. The mechanic then asked if he could keep my vehicle until Monday November 19th. I stated sure if MB would have allow me a courtesy car. The mechanic said sure we can provide that because I don’t want to send you out in an unsafe car. Immediately the young man at the desk stated that Jeff says the general manager said ‘no’. Jeff had also lied earlier when I called to say the car would be towed there and if I could a courtesy car. Jeff stayed they didn’t have any and that they had people on a two week waiting period to get a car. However, while I was there waiting I counted six-seven courtesy cars and they were not reserved for anything. I have said all of this to say when I do replace my Benz next year it will not be with MB of LR. Irma Wilkerson More
Service A $700 My next oil change notice was not given. They emptied out all of my windshield wiper fluid and did not replace it. My tires were not rotated at my mileage it needed and what I was told via telephone. My services were rushed . My tires were not checked for why the tire pressure kept changing after I asked for a report in order to fix it. Did not receive service for the money I paid for Seriously Disappointed should have went somewhere else. More

Repair Did a good job with fixing the issue. However the cost of the part and labor are overpriced when you look at what independent repair shops charge. Al Did a good job with fixing the issue. Also the repair needed is a well known defect with this model of car that M-Benz refuses to accept. There are hundreds of YouTube videos showing other customers being stranded when the steering wheel interlock fails. My car had to be dragged out of my garage onto the wrecker as the transmission could not be placed in neutral! More
