Also the repair needed is a well known defect with this model of car that M-Benz refuses to accept. There are hundreds of YouTube videos showing other customers being stranded when the steering wheel interlock fails. My car had to be dragged out of my garage onto the wrecker as the transmission could not be placed in neutral! More
