Customer misinformation Unfortunately I was misinformed on the car history and facts. I was told that it had only one owner and it is 4 wheel drive, after I bought the car I Unfortunately I was misinformed on the car history and facts. I was told that it had only one owner and it is 4 wheel drive, after I bought the car I found out that, there was 2 different owners for this car and it is only 2 wheel drive. Also I found the online price for the same exact car with less Milage for less money. I don’t think. More

Good experience I don't believe the service was excellent because not all information regarding taxes and loan was divulged leading me to believe I would have a lower I don't believe the service was excellent because not all information regarding taxes and loan was divulged leading me to believe I would have a lower payment causing me to spend more. I believe it was lying by omission I was honest about what I wanted to pay. There was many opportunities to tell me that the quote was without taxes which would have taken the payment up. Honestly is the best policy with me. More
