Eighteen hours later after a VERY disappointing experience with Mercedes Benz roadside assistance (I was without my car & stranded overnight in the rain more than a hundred miles from home), Allen, in service at Mercedes Benz of Little Rock did everything in his power to take care of my tire issue and calm my panic. I finally had the peace of mind knowing I would make it home safely. Thank you Allen! More
