I finally had to pick someone to talk to about my car. I went to a Kym Phillips who became our service advisor. She NEVER returned any of my phone calls. Never informed me of my parts delay. I finally had to just sit up there until my car was finished. Only then did she acknowledge me. I would recommend another dealership for your repairs. This was my first and LAST visit to this place.
