Excellent Customer service I needed to reset my mbrace and Kym Phillips worked with Matthew and had the problem solved in one day. Disappointing Service Took my CLK 350 in to repair a headlight & check out AC system. The service person told me I needed to replace the rear tires and AC motor. Picked the Took my CLK 350 in to repair a headlight & check out AC system. The service person told me I needed to replace the rear tires and AC motor. Picked the car up and paid $1,900. I was told the headlight was working. I drove a few blocks and noticed the headlight was still not working. The service took 6 days and still no headlight repair. I took the car back and waited a weekend and a couple more days for a headlight replacement which was $500. I was never offered a loaner car. More

Excellent Lane guidance & Blind spot were inactive, requiring lengthy repairs. The loaner was a GLA250, perfect for my wife & self. I am 80 years old and use an Lane guidance & Blind spot were inactive, requiring lengthy repairs. The loaner was a GLA250, perfect for my wife & self. I am 80 years old and use and need the drive helps our C300 has, but for a short time, I really enjoyed the fun of driving a MERCEDES again. If I were 30 years younger the GLA250 would be what we would have. But it’s wonderful to have our car again with all the safety it provides. More
