Excellent customer service I panicked because my engine light came on and went straight into the dealership. I had a lot going on at work and no time for car trouble. They had I panicked because my engine light came on and went straight into the dealership. I had a lot going on at work and no time for car trouble. They had no courtesy cars but worked out for me to have a demo. They got my car trouble taken care of quickly that day (it was an easy fix) and made sure I was able to handle what I needed to at work. Tell me what I need, why I need, how long before not doing it will have a cause and effect. Help me to repair in stages if possible. Cares and provides my service around my schedule to endure less disruption in my schedule. Very truthfull about what is in need of repair. Never get upset when I want a second opinion and receive me back with open arms when I end up back home, hugs and open arms are there. Even though I did not purchase from their dealership you would never know. Only reason I did not check the 5 is improvement is a continual progression. Keep on working on customer satisfaction. More
