My absolute person though is Allen Blair. He was my service advisor for years and though he has moved to another level, he still greets me, and makes sure my service needs are met. I understand that my air conditioning problem is intermittent. However I felt like my service manger treated me like I was an idiot. My AC will every once in a while will blow heater air out the AC intermittent. However I felt like my service manger treated me like I was an idiot. My AC will every once in a while will blow heater air out the AC ducts for the first 5 minutes after I start the vehicle. The service manger tried to tell me it was just a.loss of cool from.the auto-start kicking in when the vehicle wasn't moving as if I was too stupid to notice the vehicle wasn't moving instead of going down the road at 45 mph. Now the AC fan is refusing to run faster than low no matter if I have it turned up to high so I will take it back to the shop for the 4th time. More
