Wonderful service! This is my first Mercedes Benz (purchased used 2020 this round) and I’ve only had the vehicle a few months and already had a problem. Normally, I fee This is my first Mercedes Benz (purchased used 2020 this round) and I’ve only had the vehicle a few months and already had a problem. Normally, I feel like there’s typically an upsell that doesn’t make sense for my car, or it’s just not necessary, but not here. I left feeling like I could actually trust what Kym told me about the vehicle. The car is driving beautifully again (bad battery replaced) and the explanation was clear and concise. I also love how they run through the level of your tires, oil, brakes, etc. (Especially since the breakdown was that I would be good on all the basics for a long while ;) I’ve also been told before that my new tires needed replaced, so as a female who is a little well-versed with vehicles, the honesty was sadly refreshing). I love the car and truly appreciate the care and honesty from the dealership. I can absolutely see myself becoming a loyal Mercedes owner if this is the way they treat customers. Also, please never let Kym leave. She was truly incredible. More
