Subpar all around Overall subpar service all around. I will drive to Conway before I return to this location. I initially Submitted a service request online after 3 days of no response I decided to call to schedule an appointment for service. The first available appointment was made for a week late. I had my vehicle towed in bc my battery was lifeless . I left the dealership and waited for an update. 40 hrs later I received a call stating the battery was dead(duh) and a diagnostic would be performed so nothing had been done as of this point. 7 days later I get a call that the battery had been changed. At this time I’m livid because they have had my car for seven days and no updates or any information was given to me during that period. When brought to me, my Mercedes is dirty and oily fingerprints on my hood and grill from been serviced. $500+ later I’m appalled by the lack of communication and care for my vehicle. I will drive 45 minutes to Conway dealership before I ever return to this location. More
