Satisfied I have been a Mercedes customer for a long time and always go to LR Mercedes for servicing. I have to call to check on the status of my vehicle and too often, my requests is misunderstood so when I arrive with my vehicle, I have to correct the error. This leaves me skeptical that the correct service was done to my vehicle. More

Lubricating oil leak Our car has had an oil cooler that had to be replaced in 2014. Now we are told the turbo is leaking and needs to be replaced. Also, there is a possib Our car has had an oil cooler that had to be replaced in 2014. Now we are told the turbo is leaking and needs to be replaced. Also, there is a possibility that the oil cooler that you previously installed could be leaking. This won’t be verified until the turbo is removed. Both of these items were removed and installed in 2014. The leak is minimal so we will continue to watch. More

Screw in tire A friend riding on the passenger side asked if I knew I had a Phillips head screw in the back right tire. Of course I didn't. Seemed to be not leaking air, so called Allen about stopping in Monday afternoon, he said they could work me in anytime, and should take maybe an hour.
