Excellent service Noticed some oil leaking in the garage. Called Mr. Allen and he got me right in on a Friday afternoon. Quick Service Best experience, quick service! I scheduled my service appointment online. There is no option for a courtesy vehicle, but I called the morning of an Best experience, quick service! I scheduled my service appointment online. There is no option for a courtesy vehicle, but I called the morning of and spoke with my service advisor, Stephen Robinson. He was able to get me a courtesy vehicle for that day. I pulled in the garage just as a storm was brewing, the power went off briefly. I was informed that due to the power outage it maybe a while before I could get my courtesy vehicle. To my surprise it was a very brief wait for my courtesy vehicle. The gentleman backed the courtesy vehicle inside the garage so I didn’t have to go out in the rain! I was notified in less 3 hours that my vehicle was ready for pickup! Great experience. More
