Nice but slow. I love my sales guy but sad the service department doesn’t give me the same exceptional service. When u spend a lot of money on a car, service should I love my sales guy but sad the service department doesn’t give me the same exceptional service. When u spend a lot of money on a car, service should be top notch. Service should work better as a team with sales. I don’t mind waiting for some things but when it’s long I should have the option of a loaner. I practically have to beg she get my sales guy involved to be able to do that. I love Mercedes cars and I love mine. But I’d rather take a beating than try to deal with this service dept. More

Excellent Customer service I needed to reset my mbrace and Kym Phillips worked with Matthew and had the problem solved in one day. Disappointing Service Took my CLK 350 in to repair a headlight & check out AC system. The service person told me I needed to replace the rear tires and AC motor. Picked the Took my CLK 350 in to repair a headlight & check out AC system. The service person told me I needed to replace the rear tires and AC motor. Picked the car up and paid $1,900. I was told the headlight was working. I drove a few blocks and noticed the headlight was still not working. The service took 6 days and still no headlight repair. I took the car back and waited a weekend and a couple more days for a headlight replacement which was $500. I was never offered a loaner car. More
