Didn’t quit until completely satisfied LR Mercedes Benz was diligent in their pursuit to repair an annoying rubbing sound coming from the steering column at start-up and as the C300 4Matic LR Mercedes Benz was diligent in their pursuit to repair an annoying rubbing sound coming from the steering column at start-up and as the C300 4Matic steering wheel auto adjusted.. This work order required a couple of visits to finally isolate and resolve the problem. A part was ordered and delivered in a reasonable amount of time.The service advisor was always professional and patient and urged me to return after each visit unless completely satisfied. A courtesy vehicle was always made available and our C300 was returned washed and vacuumed. No further problems to date. More

I Have in the past few years branched away to a well qualified technician who has perfectly maintained my vehicle. The downside is that his company is small so they do not offer loaner cars which is a huge convenience. I Decided is come back to the dealership for this service expecting the highest quality service (outcome), only to need to bring the vehicle back for a redo. The second attempt was better but not completely rectified... It will do but not convinced that it could be better. Let's revisit that I ONLY came back because I trusted that the actual QUALITY of the job would have been BETTER...... Not just performed.. More
