Not happy Noone was helpful, and i feel I was over charged. There is no reason the labor should cost more than the parts. I was without my car for 7 days with no loaner car. I asked them to fix the recall problem on the call, they said the part was not available. They never said they will re-order it, they never said they will make an appointment once the get the part. This experience made me want to go to infinity and buy a car. More
Courteous but Poor Communication Overall had my vehicle for nearly 2 weeks to replace a simple trunk lift and routine maintenance. Poor communication with me when parts arrived, when they were bringing me my vehicle. Replaced wrong lift requiring it to be done again. Very courteous in all communications...just seemingly inept. Did pickup and drop off my vehicle since it was a 100-mile round trip to the dealership. More

Dissatisfied Mercedes Benz. Of Little Rock kept my 2016 C300 4matic for four weeks and failed to satisfactorily complete a repair on the grinding/ rubbing sound in Mercedes Benz. Of Little Rock kept my 2016 C300 4matic for four weeks and failed to satisfactorily complete a repair on the grinding/ rubbing sound in the steering column as it automatically adjusts upon start up. The service advisor was very courteous and professional and a courtesy vehicle was provided. I am disappointed that the repair wasn’t completed in a timely and satisfactory manner. More
Drive in service vs calling ahead Calling in to schedule service was a waste of my time. I called numerous times and left my # for a call back to schedule service, with Kim (my service Calling in to schedule service was a waste of my time. So I decided to drive in when I was in Little Rock to see about dropping my car off and getting a courtesy car til I would be back in town to pick up my car, couple days max. Josh was there to help with a pleasant smile. Plus he got me in a courtesy car for a couple of days!! Which was really helpful! Thank you Josh! More

$164 paid, car croaked 60 miles later Had car towed to dealership day before 9 a.m. Thursday appointment. Called Thursday 4 pm. They were getting to it. Did diagnostics to find nothing. Had car towed to dealership day before 9 a.m. Thursday appointment. Called Thursday 4 pm. They were getting to it. Did diagnostics to find nothing. Did not test drive because tire was dangerous. Failed to inform me of severity of tire and I left on the 3 hour drive home. Car went back into limp home mode again. Very unprofessional. Had to have car towed back to dealership. They won’t attempt to fix until monday. basically I paid $164 for a car wash. Manager offered refund which I expect. But I want my car fixed. Authorized 2 rear tires for the drive home if they ever get this fixed. Mercedes is the Rolex of cars but their service is unacceptable. I will have to make another 3 hour trip to the dealership to get the car if they do fix it. Obviously my time is not important to them because I will waste 2 days of travel time. I will find another dealership next time. More
Awesome experience Allen in the service department was great! I was not expecting them to wash my SUV but at the end of the service they washed. Great customer service.
