Service My FIRST impression when going to this dealership was pathetic. No one ever acknowledged my presence. I finally had to pick someone to talk to about m My FIRST impression when going to this dealership was pathetic. No one ever acknowledged my presence. I finally had to pick someone to talk to about my car. I went to a Kym Phillips who became our service advisor. She NEVER returned any of my phone calls. Never informed me of my parts delay. I finally had to just sit up there until my car was finished. Only then did she acknowledge me. I would recommend another dealership for your repairs. This was my first and LAST visit to this place. More

I would recommend the service but not without reservation . My contact person was Josh. After reporting to Josh that my driver seat would not recline even though Mercedes had supposedly repaired it 18 months e My contact person was Josh. After reporting to Josh that my driver seat would not recline even though Mercedes had supposedly repaired it 18 months earlier and it messed back up within 3 months after they repaired it. He reported to me that they would recheck and when I pick my car up, Kosh was not there. My seat has not been repaired and when I asked about the repair the lady was dumbfounded as she told me that I would have to call back Monday. I work everyday and I live 1 hour away which makes it inconvenient for me to unnecessary for me to take the car to and from More

Great work in great time I took my vehicle in for service B. I was early so I waited outside. Service doors opened promptly at 0730. Service advisors were there waiting. Loaner car rep was not there but that created no delay. Staff worked efficiently to get me in my loaner. Drop off was about 15 minutes. I was noticed before 1300 that my vehicle was available. When I walked in to pickup my vehicle I was greeted. My service advisor with with someone but as soon as she finished she completed my paperwork to get me on my way. Kym was great! I was very pleased with the service and advisors. More
