Great experience with Service Advisor to repair I had a coolant leak and dropped the car off without an appointment. I have had a new Service Advisor Rep, Kym Phillips for the last couple of years I had a coolant leak and dropped the car off without an appointment. I have had a new Service Advisor Rep, Kym Phillips for the last couple of years and she took care of the problem right away, although it took a week for the repair. She was able to get me a loaner car, which helped me get back to my business. Kym is very responsive, and puts a personal touch on every trip for service. I would highly recommend her! More

Pricey vehicle for poor service I went with a Mercedes dealer thinking I would receive top quality service and benefits, I’ve been severely disappointed. My vehicle is brand new and I went with a Mercedes dealer thinking I would receive top quality service and benefits, I’ve been severely disappointed. My vehicle is brand new and it’s already been in the service department three times! Every time I’ve scheduled a service I’ve had to wait at least two weeks, if not longer, to be seen. On one occasion the service department promised they would deliver me to my place of employment via their “courtesy shuttle “, wrong! I was left stranded and a Ford representative drive me to my place of employment😡 step up your game Mercedes, you may sell me a vehicle once but you don’t keep customers with poor service. More
No one ever answers the phone in the Service Dept . I had t! It took over 9 hours for Service B to be completed on my car. When I questioned that they said they were behind from the day before. As I said , this is my 5 th Mercedes and I have never had this problem with making an appointment or taking that long for service to be completed. I had to call numerous times before anyone answered the phone, I left a message and never was called back for an appointment, You should have someone answering the phone on every call. Or saying hold please and coming right back More

I found out that it had been diagnosed at the time I was told that it had not so I called two days later and got The info with inflated repair prices before taxes. By that I mean the tax was not included so it would have been even more. No pleased More

Good service poor parts! The service was excellent. My main issue with this service call was the need to replace a $500 part (a trunk latch). My problem is that the identical The service was excellent. My main issue with this service call was the need to replace a $500 part (a trunk latch). My problem is that the identical part (same part number) had been replaced three years ago. That a very expensive part that is so infrequently used should only last about 2 years (it actually broke again about 9 mounts ago) and not be covered by any warranty seems ludicrous. I am very unhappy about this outcome. More
