Need better communication I had made my appointment online after receiving an email about tire deals on MBUSA.com. I called the day prior to confirm my appointment and make arr I had made my appointment online after receiving an email about tire deals on MBUSA.com. I called the day prior to confirm my appointment and make arrangements for a loaner car. I never received a call back, so I brought the car in the next morning. They did not have my appointment in their system, but took my vehicle anyway and shuttld me to work. I never received a call that day, so I assumed my car was ready. I arranged for someone to shuttle me back to the dealership to pick up my car. They were one tire short, so they needed to order another which would arrive the next day. They gave me a loaner for the evening. The next day, I called twice to check status, and still never received a call back. So, I drove to the dealership to pick up my car and return the loaner, only to find out that 1) my service person had to leave suddenly and no one knew the status of my car, and the 2) they had not yet put the one tire on my car... I got to wait about 45 minutes while that was sorted out and they put my tire on. This was, overall, a frustrating experience that I wouldn’t expect from a luxury car brand... More
