$164 paid, car croaked 60 miles later Had car towed to dealership day before 9 a.m. Thursday appointment. Called Thursday 4 pm. They were getting to it. Did diagnostics to find nothing. Failed to inform me of severity of tire and I left on the 3 hour drive home. Car went back into limp home mode again. Very unprofessional. Had to have car towed back to dealership. They won’t attempt to fix until monday. basically I paid $164 for a car wash. Manager offered refund which I expect. But I want my car fixed. Authorized 2 rear tires for the drive home if they ever get this fixed. Mercedes is the Rolex of cars but their service is unacceptable. I will have to make another 3 hour trip to the dealership to get the car if they do fix it. Obviously my time is not important to them because I will waste 2 days of travel time. I will find another dealership next time. More

Service problem with new car I purchased a new vehicle which has a software problem never seen before at this dealership. The software update has been ordered from Germany and I h I purchased a new vehicle which has a software problem never seen before at this dealership. The software update has been ordered from Germany and I have been told by Kym Phillips that Germany is in a different time zone and when Little Rock dealership is open they are closed and she cannot find out the time of arrival of the software or whether it has been shipped yet. It has been two weeks since the problem was discovered. No one from the dealership has contacted me with updates. More

Everything but scheduling! The customer service was amazing once I got there. Everyone I spoke to and some that interacted with my son were all friendly!
