Worst Service My vehicle has two recalls. I called to schedule the repairs and was asked to have my vehicle there yesterday at 7:30. I was in line at 7:15. Havi My vehicle has two recalls. I called to schedule the repairs and was asked to have my vehicle there yesterday at 7:30. I was in line at 7:15. Having been told the work would take several hours I accepted the loaner vehicle. At 12:30 Josh called to tell me I could come get my car. The repair parts had to be ordered. I said to him, “my vehicle has been there all morning and nothing was done to it?” With a hateful tone he told me he had just got to my vehicle. I don’t understand why you would give me a service time knowing the repairs which were needed and not order the parts in advance. A total waste of my time. Poor service and attitude. The two gentlemen who assisted me when I returned to pick up my Mercedes were very kind and efficient. I have owned several BMWs and Lexus, with no recalls and always excellent service. More

3 days late.. but they always take care of me. Just wish I would have known that my warranty was getting ready to expire. I might have brought it in for a service check up prior to the expiration. Missed getting a covered warranty battery by 3 days. So upsetting when nothing in the last 4 years has gone wrong. That’s a bummer. More

They broke my car and refuse to fix it! I had the dealership service my gl550, because where else would you trust to take care of your Mercedes? After a month, I finally got my car back, and I had the dealership service my gl550, because where else would you trust to take care of your Mercedes? After a month, I finally got my car back, and the wheel fell off on the freeway!! They forgot to tighten the lug nuts! They ruined my brand new custom wheels, not to mention nearly killing me and my husband and the other things that they broke and lost (the drivers side mirror, the steering column, my floor mats) . They did replace the wheels with something they determined were "close enough", but I thought they were hideous. So, they had the new wheels painted. The paint is peeling and blistering now, 3 months later. And, they had promised that if anything went wrong with that wheel for the next year, they would take care of it. They LIED! Shortly after leaving the dealership the second time, the strut on that wheel went bad and they refuse to fix it. If you take your car there, you can expect it to take at least a month to fix, they WILL break something else, and never, ever deal with Kym. She is scatter brained and doesn't know anything about your car. More
