Is there an option for less than 1. I dropped off my 2023 Sprinter Van for a simply oil change and to check an error message on the active distance assist. Vehicle was dropped off on I dropped off my 2023 Sprinter Van for a simply oil change and to check an error message on the active distance assist. Vehicle was dropped off on a Friday morning for my scheduled service at 8am. After meeting with the service advisor, he said we'd get the oil change complete and put the error message on the computer. He went on to state that he'll get the oil change done today (Friday) and they'll work on the error message right away next week, hope to have an update and complete by end-of-day Monday. Monday comes and goes without a response. Tuesday, at the end of day, I call Aaron (service advisor), and to see status. Aaron states oil change is complete and we'll have the error message reviewed tomorrow (Wednesday). Wednesday now comes and goes with no response. Thursday all day goes without a response. I call at 4pm, and get someone else, let's call him Jerk, as that's how is treated me. So jerk goes on to say that Aaron is out of the office and that it's not his reponsibility to follow up on Aaron's clients. I asked Jerk the status of my vehicle and he said, he'll have an answer for me on Friday, not 6 business days after I dropped it off. I told Jerk, stop, I'll come pick it up. I show up to pick it up and, of course, Jerk and Aaron, have proven themselves as the van hadn't been touched, no oil change that I was told was done, and the van was just pulled into the shop during the 20 minutes it took me to get to the dealership. Obviously, they don't have enough common sense to know that my app tells me someone is operating my vehicle. Six days and it didn't move until I complained. And no apology from Jerk - simply, here's your keys and get lost. Even better, the guy that brought the unit outfront had lost the key that's built into the key FOB. of course, they blamed it on me for them magically losing it. Do youself a favor, go some place else. I only paid $95k for this van - apparently, you need to get the G-Wagon to be treated with respect. More
