Unfortunately, while the damage was caused by a rock and was not intentional, it also was not the result of any action or negligence on the part of our dealership. The windshield was damaged while the loaner vehicle was in your possession, and per the loaner agreement, customers are responsible for damage that occurs during their use of the vehicle, regardless of fault. We truly value your loyalty over the years and appreciate that you and your family have chosen Mercedes-Benz of Littleton. Our decision is not a reflection of how much we value your business, but rather our obligation to apply the same loaner vehicle policy consistently to every customer.
