We were stranded 1000 miles away from home when Hayley went out of her way to talk to her service manager, Aaron, who got us back on the road same day. Hayley arranged a 2 hour ride for us to get from whe went out of her way to talk to her service manager, Aaron, who got us back on the road same day. Hayley arranged a 2 hour ride for us to get from where our vehicle was towed to the dealership. Aaron got us another 1 hour ride from where we had been in a rental until our vehicle was fixed. This dealership offered better service than Mercedes customer service - if it wasn’t for them, we most likely would still be stranded. Thank you so much!!!! More
