Had some error messages and car wouldn't start. Used the Mercedes Me button and was treated well and.a tow truck sent. While waiting decided to try again and car restarted, so canceled tow. Dealer was only 3 blocks away so I gingerly drove over there and walked in with no appointment. They took me in, said they would look at it the next day. They squeezed me in (seemed pretty busy) late the next day and determined it was a software update and performed that service under warranty. Picked it up the day after, back in good shape. Treated respectfully and thoughtfully the entire time. More
