I did the 100000 mile recommendations and I had a problem fixed with the DEF system. Spent $5,000.00 and they did not reset the oil change counter. And they did not even do a car wash on the outside of the v fixed with the DEF system. Spent $5,000.00 and they did not reset the oil change counter. And I had appointment for the vehicle and was days later that they could even look at it to tell me what was wrong - why the engine light was on and there was a count down on ignitions. I had to keep calling to find out the problem. I understand waiting for it to be completed- but waiting days for someone to look at it- when I had an appointment- I don’t think this is great service But they did fix my problems and they were nice and friendly. More

I had a service b appointment and was told my car was ready. When I arrived, they could not find the key to the car. After waiting 15 minutes, I was told the service rep (Rory) had the key but neglected ready. When I arrived, they could not find the key to the car. After waiting 15 minutes, I was told the service rep (Rory) had the key but neglected to notify the other attendants. When they finally brought the car around I found that it had not been washed as is standard procedure. They offered to take it back and wash it but I was in a hurry and didn’t want to wait another half hour. This is the second time I have been disappointed by the service department. After 20 years of excellent service at Mercedes, I wonder what’s happening now. More
