If you want to flog yourself, lose money and be treated like your existence doesn't matter, this is the place to go. The dealership would not help me buy car and broke a $1000 key. Mercedes corporate set up me up with the dealership to fix a third car I own. I knew it would create a problem based on rude sales lady who didn't even want to help me buy the car. Instead of fixing a minor defect, the dealership removed all the warranties from my 2 year old car so it cannot be serviced anywhere. This came after 1) i was asked to wait 6 weeks for an appointment 2) was asked to sit in a metal chair for an hour to wait for appt on appointment day only to be turned away after watching three employees playing with their cellphones. 3) dealership manager hung up on me 4) owner blows off all emails and has no phone number. No one will provide any documentation after car was kept for a week during which time it was "fixed" except nothing was fixed then Service Manager Brock Templeton declared he can't duplicate a problem ignoring reality and a dozen videos showing problem and he wrote an email declaring the car is in a buyback program. Ya! Cuz he decided to do that to my car without my knowledge or consent. Normal for this dealership. Corporate customer care explained that with this designation car cannot be serviced anywhere and designation cannot be removed without Brock Templeton removing it so I'm stuck with valueless car. And no buyback offer was presented not that i wanted to sell the car. I just wanted the radio to work. But because this dealership is so lame they can't fix a radio, they decided to inflict pain and problems on me. Everywhere I go Mercedes lovers say how beautiful my car is. I tell them about this dealership and they recount similar stories about the same place. Im just one of hundreds of victims of this dealership hiding behind the Mercedes name unable to provide even Temu quality customer service. It is because of this dealership that I will be selling the car. After owning 4 mercedes in 10 years all will be sold and we can buy cars from a dealership committed to supporting customers. More
