The customer service here is horrible. This was my second time coming to this dealership. First time I did not have a problem. But this time was a nightmare. My service advisor lacked customer service skills. He didn’t even introduce himself, I got his name off the paperwork. They don’t provide loaner vehicles but expect the customer to leave their car their for 2 days before it can be diagnosed. What’s the point of having an appointment if they are not going to diagnose your car that day? I decided to pick my car up. When I got their They my car windows were down radio on an key in the console. Anyone could have gotten in my car and drove off. Which is why I did. No checking out or anything. I will continue to drive 2 hours to buy all my cars from another dealership and have it serviced there as well. This place is horrible More
