I've been a BMW owner my whole life, finally made the switch to Mercedes, and if the service I received here is any indication as to what Mercedes ownership is, I'll never drive a different type of car again! Excellent customer service. Very attentive. Jerry was very attentive. He explained the service offerings that were needed/recommended for my car. Once my car was ready, he called me to communicate it was ready. He offered me a great price for the service that was done. I got Service B and front brakes.
