Even though I’ve only driven my SLK 2000 miles since my last service, it was due for Service B and I scheduled an appointment. Juan kept me informed along the way and my car was returned in excellent condition and shining like a new diamond. It’s also worth a mention that Tim Endo is an excellent manager who supports the advisors in their efforts to accommodate the customer. More
