Though I have been to "fancier" showrooms, the people here went out of their way to assist me in resolving issues I had with financing. I cannot say enough kind words about all of them. I took my car to downtown LA Mercedes Benz, for a routine service. My service attendant is Frank, wonderful gentleman. Always is concerned about my car and asks if I have any concerns with my vehicle, very u service. My service attendant is Frank, wonderful gentleman. I never have a long waiting period for my car or if needed my transportation needs to and from are taken care of. More
The GM Tim Muzyka is unscrupulous and a liar. He moved dealerships from the South Bay to downtown LA. He lost numerous customers at South Bay and should be fired as a liability to Mercedes and any dealer dealerships from the South Bay to downtown LA.
