We called prior and Nic had the vehicle ready for us to test drive upon arriving. We weren't able to take it home the same day as they installed brand new tires and a few other things that needed to be fixed as it had to be up to their standards which are very high. Nic took care of every little detail. Upon completing and detailing the car they delivered the car all the way to me in the Denver Tech Center.
