Pleasantly surprised My wife and I were looking to buy a newer used car. By chance the dealership we were going to was closed. We noticed the Mercedes Benz dealership and My wife and I were looking to buy a newer used car. By chance the dealership we were going to was closed. We noticed the Mercedes Benz dealership and reluctantly stopped by. I figured everyone would be arrogant and rude. I couldn't be more wrong. The prices were affordable and clearly marked. We went inside to talk to a dealer and right away met Bill Holloway. Besides being one of the nicest and down to earth people I've met, he was wonderfully informative. I could go on and on, but to sum it up I tell everyone I know to go visit the dealership that treated us amazingly. More

Fantastic online sales experience My wife and I searched online and found two vehicles that we wanted to look at. Turns out that one was not available, but the other was. We drove th My wife and I searched online and found two vehicles that we wanted to look at. Turns out that one was not available, but the other was. We drove through the lot and looked at what was available, ultimately connecting with Paul Mizelle who showed us the CPO 2014 E350 4Matic that we saw online. Paul was fantastic! After the test drive he asked "what we thought," which I quickly told him that my wife and I would have to discuss it. He then asked if there was anything he could do to earn our business today which I replied no. Paul was very respectful of our decision and unlike other car salesman, never pushed the sale. Paul and I exchanged a couple of emails the next day, but things kicked in to high gear the following day. We were able to negotiate a trade value for our current vehicle along with a price for the E350.... and it was all done through email! I was absolutely impressed of Paul's professionalism and dedication to making the sale happen. The dealership was fantastic! Never "pushy" and always polite, courteous, and highly professional.
