I'm tellin ya I was in a such a state of OH NO?..that it would've been difficult to follow or listen to anything I had to ask. I was in a state of not knowing how to ask or even what my questions were suppose to be. Jordan listened, had the ablility to recognize & organize my ?'s, carefully listening to important details of what I was trying to ask. Jordan was patient, able to help clear the ?'s. I spoke with Brian of the MBUSA Corporate, his call was to respectfully resolve any questions I or they may have regarding my situation. Brian of Corporate was in true standing of Mercedes Benz with his diligence & dedication to thoughtful customer care. Also his call showed me MB's true dedication to seeing a project through. Mercedes Benz is the Chariot of Choice for me. Mercedes Benz has edged it's way into my heart, I'm always their fan. From my experiences the heartbeat of MB is to provide their customers a safe, smooth & elegant ride including rendering us a respectful satisfying customer experience.
