However when I got there and met with Stephany, I was told my car was also due for spark plugs and air filter, the wait would be 4-5 hrs and the cost would be close to $900. I am very disappointed that I was not made aware of all the work that supposedly needed to be done and the real cost of such an appointment. I bought my car at Lynnwood Mercedes Benz so all the records are there - they just didn't get looked up at the time I first called?? Also, in reviewing my paperwork, it appears that my car should have tire rotation every 5,000 miles but there was no rotation done and Stephany didn't mention anything about this to me. My initial purchase experience with Alan was tremendous (he earned 5 stars) but the service department has earned 2 stars. More
Great experience at the service department I had some issues with my sprinter, and when i brought it to the dealership service , Scott S. was the one that came up to help. Fixed the issue. Next I had some issues with my sprinter, and when i brought it to the dealership service , Scott S. was the one that came up to help. Fixed the issue. Next day when we picked up the sprinter and left the check engine sign came up. So we took it back and Scott with out any questions took the sprinter in again and fixed the problem. Now its running great again. Thanks Scott S. for great customer service and the help. More

Paperwork was given to dealer the 28th June 2019 from Arizona and Finance had the paperwork to process the 3rd July 2019 today still not done and I must do myself today to hopefully get a temp so I might even drive around the block Bought many cars with Michael and this great dealership what happened was I wasn't treated as I had been if I had come into the showroom many problems to many to list here and I would love to talk with management about. I feel really let down from Michael, he did take a vacation and he certainly deserves that but he let the ball drop and he did terribly the car shipped late FACT......still paying 42 dollars a day still can't drive as of today FACT.....still don't have registration Fact very poor job and expected so much more the previous times where great, nothing short of exemplary but not this time . I tried to call a manager to explain my frustration with Michael and Michael just ended up texting me asking why I was calling his boss does that sound right? No follow up by the manager who said he would call me to back, to begin with, bottom line I am just a customer and maybe I did something wrong to this company but not sure other than kindness and appreciation, the service was horrible and not what I ever would expect from Mercedez. I am so disappointed and thought Michael was a friend, not just another sales per trying to make money both my wife and I Hind are let down and this whole process discouring not sure what to do still can't drive car yet,still paying to still cant drive car ,need to get temp today hopefully no issues...lastly never wrote a hurtful message like this before it actually kills me more....feel completely let down and alone but as an Army guy will figure out myself with little or no help bad job Michael and you should never let your emotions get the best of you the texts to my wife indicate you were being rude and this sir was not what Mercedes does ever Tom Adams 15 July 2019 More
Finally after buying cars all my life (first one a Model A in 1955 at age 12) I found the literally perfect sales person, Don Powell. I was coming out of a three year lease and determined a year or so ago that MB needed to be my car for final years of my life. My wife bought her MB many years ago, a MB Lynnwood 430S and we both have loved that car for almost 11 years. Actually did reach out to other MB dealers in Seattle area but got the usual glib input. Needed to make a decision fairly rapidly as lease termination coming up. Time line is walk in on Thurs afternoon met by Don. Although our maintenance on my wife's car was done by MB Lynnwood, I did not know any sales folks there. I had done a bit of homework but literally within 10 minutes Don had found a perfect car for me. Met all my requirements, size, color, price, etc. Returned home, filled out paperwork on line at MB Website and sent on to Don on Friday. Then Saturday gathered up needed documents and returned but sort of dreading yet a long wait in finance room but was advised this would not be the case. Including a very detailed hands on instruction by the Lynnwood "tech" fellow I was in and out in less than one hour. I still cannot believe it. If you want to have a really good experience and fun as well then just forget all the others and head to see Don Powell ant MB Lynnwood. Outstanding Customer Service Thank you very much for making my Memorial day weekend. Last week the drivers door handle stopped working and would no open the door which makes thing Thank you very much for making my Memorial day weekend. Last week the drivers door handle stopped working and would no open the door which makes things very awkward getting into the vehicle. I looked in the internet at causes and cots of repair, phoned a couple of garages who all told me I was looking at replacement and labour of around $400.00. I have always serviced my cars (3 Mercedes) at Lynnwood so I went down to have them look at it and estimate repair and cost. Enter Josh McDowell from Parts, who came out looked at my handle and immediately went to work with a T20. 10 minutes later my very expensive repair was complete. The handle had simply come off its catch. Josh not only made entering the vehicle easy he saved me a small fortune in repairs. Total cost $0. Cost to me priceless!!, This is customer service at its very best and the reason why I will always come back to and use Mercedes Lynnwood. They are not about getting the $$$'s from you on every visit they are about total customer satisfaction and Josh McDowell personifies this all the way. Thank you so much Josh and Mercedes Lynnwood. After the sale he has always been available to answer questions, without delay. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a car from Lynnwood Mercedes. The same goes for John MacFarlane, in finance, when it is time to finalize the deal he explains every detail so there are no hidden costs or unwanted items that come up after the sale is final. Service experience is a nightmare, although some of their service staff are great (Garret, Jourdain, and Josh). Jeff Casey is by far the most incompetent one of them all, sadly he is the service manager yet possesses the worst sense of customer service skills. Issues take numerous attempts and visits to address. Was given conflicting info between one adviser to another (blaming issues on unrelated or non covered items). Many issues are considered non-issues to them, or get classified as normal noise or wear. Take the car to MB Seattle and all issues are addressed immediately. Seattle go out of their way to address issues customers do not even bring up, where Lynnwood staff tell me they CANNOT look into any issues unless they are explicitly brought up by customers and nothing they stumble upon - this is MB Lynnwood’s policy I was told by one of their service advisers! Goes to tell you how much they care about their customers and their safety and peace of mind. As such, will be directing all my service needs to Seattle going forward, and will most certainly be buying my next MB from Seattle. More
