I purchased a GLE450 and cannot be more pleased with the car OR the buying process with the dealership! From my first contact with them, there were clear communications, friendly connections and very quick car OR the buying process with the dealership! I felt that they listened to my needs, worked diligently to find the correct vehicle for me, and the follow through after making my decision was excellent. So from walking in the door of the dealership to the moment I drove away in my beautiful new Mercedes-Benz, there was nothing but attention to my needs and providing the best service I could have hoped for. I worked with Kara Duffy throughout the process and she was excellent to work with! Always provided detailed answers to any questions I had. She really went the extra mile in making sure that I got the exactly perfect vehicle for me! She made to process enjoyable and successful and I am really happy to have gotten to work with her! More
I had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience buying a GLA from Mercedes-Benz of Manchester. I purchased the car on 1/12 and was told it had been fully serviced (oil, and filter, air experience buying a GLA from Mercedes-Benz of Manchester. I purchased the car on 1/12 and was told it had been fully serviced (oil, and filter, air filter, battery, tires), would be state inspected, detailed, and delivered with a full tank of gas. When I picked it up on 1/14, the gas tank was empty, the interior wasn't detailed, and the windshield was chipped. I also suspected the brakes and wipers were not good. I started to wonder about it actually being inspected. I was told the crack/chip and a full tank of glass along with inspection would be taken care of on 1/17 I returned on 1/17 for a scheduled windshield repair. I also asked them to look over the vehicle concering my previous concerns. After waiting nearly 3 hours, I was told it was fixed, aiven no paperwork, and rushed out. It was not repaired at all ( have photos before and after). Na maintenance recommendations or service info were provided despite me asking. The car was also not fueled vet again after beina told Kara would come fuel it. I was starting to become very skeptical but trusted Mecrcedes Benz would sell me a good car that passed safety. The windshield was finally replaced on 1/23 After a failed repair and fighting for a new windshield. I am highly disappointed of the standard MB of manchester has set for selling Mercedes which is LOW and criminal Then on 1/24,I received service estimates dated 1/17 showina mv front and rear brakes were isted as "terrible," along with wipers and an air filter - even though I was told the air filter had already been replaced before purchase. I wanted to keep up with maintenance and service the car at the Mercedes Dealership I purchased from. Instead they wanted to hide safety issues and skate bv on a quick sale Because the car had passed state inspection and had just been at their service department, I trusted it was safe It was not I took the car to another shop the same day after recieveing the quote (quote was from 1/17 sent a week later 1/24) and they failed it for front and rear brakes due to severe rotor wear. rust. worn pads, and pulsation. Thev also confirmed the windshield should have failed inspection. The brakes were deemed unsafe. They also said the wipers were streaky but not failable. I wouldve given Mercedes my money for normal maintenance/service items if they were honest Instead I am here having to file in small claims for repairs. This raises serious concerns about whether the vehicle was properly inspected at all before being sold. I've spent my first week of ownership going back and forth to the dealership dealing with problems that never should have existed on Mercedes Benz purchase. What should have been an exciting first Mercedes experience turned into stress and safety worries I expected professionalism and honesty from a Mercedes dealership. Unfortunately, I did not receive either I have had to chase them down continuously and now I will have to go to the state and sue for the cost of brakes being done I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY AT COSTS I provided them with all documentation and havent heard back except for "reach out" on a Google review. More
