Being a first time Mercedes owner was a very smooth process! From the minute I met my sales woman, then the finance man and finally walking out the door with a brand new car; I felt like I became part process! I was in the car business for 45 years and have owned 6 S Classes. I've had dealing with almost every dealership in town. I brought my car in for a warranty issue. They changed some parts in the front end, a Classes. I've had dealing with almost every dealership in town. I brought my car in for a warranty issue. They changed some parts in the front end, and said you're all set. Not only did not fix the original issue, they created a new vibration in the front end on the highway. It's been there for over 10 months of the last 12 months. With no end in sight, it just sits with nothing being done. One excuse after another. They are either unable or unwilling to just get it done. Worst experience ever! Disgusted! More
Honestly the worst dealership experience overall I’ve had out of dozens. Let me make it clear that the sales department was a 10/10, absolutely zero issues, & honestly probably the best or close to the best out of dozens. Sad that the horrific service and financial departments completely ruin it. Whether it be the gap insurance scam that you can just add onto ur current insurance for cheaper in a year that Mercedes financial wants to charge monthly for, or the passive aggressiveness and just overall rude demeanor and making you feel stupid for not buying into their scam. And just zero honestly and doesn’t tell you any information about anything or explain a single thing until you’ve either clearly asked them you might get a roundabout answer, or just when everything is already signed and you find crappy stuff out after the fact & they don’t let you give back the car even though the auto group this is owned by clearly states a 3 day 250mile return on all cars sold by any of their dealerships (Group 1 Auto). Service department has been absolutely awful, zero communication whatsoever, many many calls & zero returned calls. Got 3 different dates for when the car would be ready and they never followed up on any of them till we called them, then we get the “we’ll call you back”, which they never did. Drove 30 minutes there on the second day the car was supposed to be ready just to find out it still wasn’t. Thanks so much for the most horrific, unorganized, & just sorry excuse for a dealership experience we could ask for. And many of our friends and family who tend to follow our footsteps with car brands & dealers such as our experiences at local BMW & Audi dealers, now will be steered clear of this crap show of a dealership.
