My review is in response to a recent maintenance service appointment. The service advisor who helped me was wonderful (Jenny-Lynn Loring), however, all other parts of the experience were not great at al appointment. The service advisor who helped me was wonderful (Jenny-Lynn Loring), however, all other parts of the experience were not great at all. Upon entering the service area there were 3 advisors standing around, blocking the advisor desks. No one asked if I needed help or if I was looking for an advisor. I went to what seemed as the “info” desk and asked for Gary (who I was told was my service advisor). The gentleman said “is Gary here today?” Not sure how I’d know… He then pointed me to the advisor desks where I had to slalom though other advisors to get to Jenny. I’m thankful I got Jenny - she was awesome. Gary want in that day - not sure why I was told he’d be the advisor to ask for. Lastly when picking up my car, he cashier was meh. Not rude, but not customer experience focused either. Seemed like she couldn’t wait for her shift to be over. More
