Unfortunately my Benz had to be towed back to Mercedes due to a transmission leak, s/p transmission service. I had the vehicle for exactly three days. Very unimpressed with the service tech who failed to secure the tranny pan bolts.

I did call and leave you a voicemail when all of this was taking place and I never received a call back. I had also asked someone answering the phone in service and asked when you'd be available and I kept getting a run-around answer. Your dealership is deplorable!

AC recharge was done for a reasonable price. Wheel sensors covered by warranty. Caps were inadvertently left off the high & low AC ports but they didn't fall out on the drive home More
