I reached out to the staff... both the service writer AND the service manager every 2 1/2 days for over two weeks by phone before anyone contacted me to discuss the service. The promised delivery date was passed by over a week and once the car was completed, suddenly NOW they want to communicate asking when we can swap vehicles by texting and phone calls. Although I have had a VERY favorable experience in the past through the service manager, this experience has left me VERY soured by the service dept. More

I've been taking my vehicles to MB of Manchester for a number of years now, and they are outstanding! The work is always done right, and in a timely fashion. During my most recent visit, my service advisor Mike Smith, took the time to listen to my concerns, and then he explained to me what the next steps would be. After figuring out what the problem was, the service technician, Fred Curtin, came out and explained to me what was needed to fix the issue. I didn't have to wait very long, before the repair was done, and I was back on the road! Thank you all for another job well done! More
