My car was taken to the dealership by their valet service and I was left with a very nice, clean loaner M/B. For that I am grateful! The promised delivery date was passed by over a week and once the car was completed, suddenly NOW they want to communicate asking when we can swap vehicles by texting and phone calls. Although I have had a VERY favorable experience in the past through the service manager, this experience has left me VERY soured by the service dept. More
