Once again another lie from this dealership. I contacted him and no response. AG’s office has been contacted and I’m working with Mercedes corporate on filing more complaints. I will also continue to post about how awful you the GM is, Fred the sales manager and people in your finance department. I’ve kept documentation of everything. Anyone reading this should go to Tulley BMW in Nashua, they love earning Mercedes business and willing to do more to get you outta a Mercedes and into a BMW.
