BUYER BEWARE! ! They have receptionist’s that lie (at 3pm there is no one there in the finance department) and they have had my money for over a month. I can’t wait ! Now I am calling Mercedes Corporate and since I have all the documentation from the warranty company I will be calling the AG’s office!! Anyone having issues should call the AG Consumer Protection Department they will investigate them if enough people file complaints!! More
Drop off was easy with plenty of parking as I left my vehicle there after hours. They sent a text and email letting me know when my work was done. Arrived to the dealership 1 1/2 hours later but they wer vehicle there after hours. They sent a text and email letting me know when my work was done. Arrived to the dealership 1 1/2 hours later but they were unable to locate my car. Had to wait about 15 minutes before they located it in the wash. Overall I’ve always like the dealership, although it is quite dingy given that it’s a high end dealership. Cleanliness is definitely not a priority here. The people were nice and pleasant and handled my situation well. Even though I only gave the dealership 3 stars, I would recommend. More

This dealer has been nothing but a nightmare to deal with when it comes to making things right (even when they admit that they were wrong). They are quick to take your money, but when it comes to sending it back you'll never hear from them. They also ask that if you won't give them a "10" rating to not give a rating at all. More

Service Department very slow getting back to make an appointment. One instance I called 4 times with no calls back until I called the salesman and received a callback with in a few minutes. Second ins appointment. One instance I called 4 times with no calls back until I called the salesman and received a callback with in a few minutes. Second instance, took two call and was told I would receive a call back with in a few minutes but thsecond call came after 48.hours and another call. Third instance. Received my car back for warranty repair but, one problem still not fixed. Emailed the service advisor two days ago and still no call back. Sent a suggestion to the sales man about my experiences with the service department so he could report it to the dealer manager, but have heard nothing back. Have purchased 7,S-Class cars in the past 18 years and have never had problems getting in to get service until the past month. More
Absolutely awful service all around, after nothing but electrical and motor issues after buying a brand new car all I wanted to do was trade it in. After getting an awful offer for the trade from the GM I electrical and motor issues after buying a brand new car all I wanted to do was trade it in. I will be posting a review everywhere and contacting Mercedes corporate about how awful there service is. More
