Mercedes just lost me as a customer just because of this dealership's service department. Very terrible customer service. I bought a Mercedes and would expect to be treated as someone buying at least something a bit more than the ordinary. The experience still remain the worst ever. The sale person practically lied everything we spike and was in an hurry to end the conversation each time I call back to ask questions. The Manager would appear like he's trying to help but it's all BS! I won't advice my enemy to go purchase from here expect you are ready for the worst experience ever! More
